1. Complete this application form (print OR TYPE IN THE INFO ONLINE), making sure to include all required information and mail to the above address. A $50US NONREFUNDABLE APPLICATION FEE must accompany the application form.
    
   
2. The following must also accompany this application form or be mailed separately: OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT, FACULTY, STUDENT AFFAIRS, and PERSONAL REFERENCE FORMS.
    
   
3. Note: Students from public universities are required to submit three letters of reference, an academic reference from a professor, a personal reference, and a reference from your pastor.
    
   
4. Applications are considered under a policy of rolling admissions. To be considered for admission, all of the above materials must be received by the Global Stewardship Studies Program. After admission you will be asked to submit a $200US NONREFUNDABLE deposit to confirm your participation in the program (returned to you upon arrival in Belize if you attend the program).
